JLR Helpdesk application has been developed for use by automotive personnel from OEM through to retail and service networks at all levels from all areas to foster learning, develop a database of common knowledge, concerns, tips and solutions. The application allows the ability to tailor the information supplied to specific areas across the overall business, as well as, technical data and vehicle systems and areas of concern. Predictive text functionality reduces the search time of common concerns and trending areas from 15 down to 1 minute. The user will need an authorized ID to be able to access the app.
